How can I update my subscribed calendar on iOS?

On iOS, there are two ways to update a subscribed calendar:

  1. via a synchronization interval set in the system settings
  2. manually

You can always update manually, even if the synchronization interval is set.

Set synchronization interval

This requires the following steps:

  1. In Settings, select “Calendar”
  2. select “Accounts”
  3. select “Fetch New Data”
  4. Set the desired interval under “Fetch”
Important
  • If you select “manually,” the calendar won't be updated automatically, because
  • the BANDZONE calendar is not pushed. This means that the “Push” setting has no relevance here, so it can also remain activated (e.g. for other calendars).

Here are the settings visualized using an iPhone:

Manually update calendars

To update calendars manually:

  1. In the calendar, click on the “Calendars” tab
  2. Use your finger to drag the opening page from top to bottom. The "update spinner" appears - and disappears when the update is complete. You can then leave this page via “Done”
