Set list navigation (ZONE-1814)

In song view mode, you can now jump to the previous/next song from a previously viewed setlist.

It works as follows:

Every time you open a setlist, it becomes a new reference for navigation
As soon as you select a song from this setlist...
... the navigation for this setlist appears in the song view (incl. name of the selected setlist)

It is irrelevant whether you navigate somewhere else after step 1 or where you exactly select a song of this setlist. The “setlist navigation” always appears when the currently viewed song is in the last viewed setlist.

The setlist navigation only contains the songs of this setlist - breaks are ignored.

Miscellaneous

The green success messages now contain (where appropriate) a link to the recently saved element. This allows you to jump directly to the song you have just edited, for example, if you have started the “edit” process from an overview page and are therefore redirected back there after saving. New instrument: Chimes. (ZONE-1980)
On mobile devices, the “Cancel” and “Save” buttons have been slightly reduced so that they also fit side by side on smaller screens. (ZONE-1986)
The plus icons on “Add” buttons are now colored green everywhere so that they are always easy to find on different screens. (ZONE-1988)
If there are no songs in a setlist, a corresponding message appears on the setlist download page. (ZONE-1816)
Google Pay and Apple Pay are now available as payment methods (ZONE-2007)
