After activation in the band settings as an admin you now can not only set who is required for an event but also store the fee on a per person basis.
You can set a default fee for each band member in their profile.
We also introduced the new role “finance admin“. A band admin can assign any band mate to this role (even multiple band mates can be assigned this role). Band mates with this role can also edit the fees of band mates of any events. They also will be able to see and edit any event of the band. They do not have the other additional privileges of a “regular“ band admin though (like inviting new band members, being able to edit any song, etc.).
“Regular“ band members can see their own fees in the event availability view but not the ones of others. (ZONE-2335, ZONE-2349)
The mate absences overview now also shows the abbreviations of the absent mates within the days marked as absences. On desktop you will be able to see the full nicknames of the absent band mates when hovering the dates with your mouse. (ZONE-2327)
When used on a mobile phone, the tabular availability view now not only shows one’s own availability but also all the other band mate’s availabilities in a compact manner using their abbreviations. You can scroll sideways and up/down via touch gestures - the table's title bar and first column will remain visible at all times. (ZONE-2093)
If an absence is entered for a mate for a date of an event this info will not only show up in the date picker for the event but also in the availability section of the event, as shown for Alex below. It will also show up in the tabular event view. That additional info will let people know directly in the event block if a required person may likely not be available for the event - even if no explicit availability feedback was provided for that event yet.
That can be helpful in cases where e.g. an absence was entered by the band mate after the event was created or if the absence was not recognized whilst creating the event. (ZONE-2383)
